Real You Leadership has successfully partnered with industry giants such as Google, Meta, and Amazon, helping their clients embrace authentic leadership and drive meaningful change.
The Mission
As Real You Leadership gained momentum with booking corporate workshops and trainings, they realized their previous website and branding were not effectively positioning them to attract the caliber of clients they desired. They sought a brand transformation that would accurately reflect their values and appeal to corporate decision-makers. With the company name changing to Real You Leadership, they saw an opportunity for a spirited, compassionate, and empowering new brand identity.

Our services included copywriting, brand strategy, branding, and website design. The Process
Our process began with a brand strategy session led by our skilled copywriter, Courtney Bowden. Through in-depth discussions, we tapped into the true personality and spirit of Real You Leadership, gaining fundamental insights to inform the brand's direction. This served as the foundation for designing a truly special and authentic brand identity.
We developed two mood board and color palette options, carefully selecting colors and imagery to communicate confidence, compassion, and hope. Golden yellow symbolized the inspiration and optimism Real You Leadership instills in their clients, while a deep shade of green with blue undertones represented growth and professionalism to resonate with corporate decision-makers. Rust orange conveyed an unconventional and energetic vibe, aligning with the brand's fun and laid-back personality.
The new logo design embraced a bold vintage style font, evoking power, approachability, and authenticity. A full brand style guide was developed, featuring alternate logo designs, logo marks and icons, a brand font pairing, and a sun rays accent pattern. The sun rays symbolized warmth and hope for a brighter tomorrow.
First, website wireframes were designed to craft a plan for the layout of the website pages. The website design utilized a bohemian style go fit the personal style of Real You Leadership and to give off the sense authenticity that they desired. Next, those wireframes were turned into page design mockups with colors, fonts, and imagery added to them to give the client a preview of what their website design would look like.
Once the page design previews were done, the live website was designed online. The website was designed with conversion in mind with bold call-to-action buttons to encourage potential clients to take the next step to inquire about working with Real You Leadership. Information on the website was organized in a way that would make the website easy to navigate for end users.

Real You Leadership ended the process with an captivating new brand launch with their new website that was designed to represent authenticity. They have a very special image that’s no like any other in their industry that truly captivates the unique essence of what they do as a consulting and career coaching firm.
